BEKOMAT 12, 13, 14 & 16 Service Units – Genuine Maintenance Kits

  • Outstanding reliability
  • Suitable for up to +60 °C and 63 bar (gauge)
  • Easy to install
  • Genuine service unit

Keep every BEKOMAT® 12, 13, 14 or 16 condensate drain running at full efficiency with a genuine BEKOMAT service unit (maintenance/wearing parts kit). Covering compressed air systems from 8 m³/min up to 1700 m³/min, the 12–16 range is BEKO’s core industrial line — and every variant, from the standard aluminium 12 through to the high-pressure 63 bar PN63 and the hard-coated 16 CO, uses the same tool-free, quick-service concept: replace the wearing parts, not the whole drain.

Find your service unit part number in the table below, or contact our team with your BEKOMAT’s nameplate details and we’ll confirm the correct kit for you.

Standard and CO variants of the same model number share an identical maintenance kit — only the housing coating differs between them, not the wearing parts. Pressure-rated PN variants (PN63, PN25/40/50) use a different kit due to the higher-rated seals and diaphragm.

Have an Older Part Number?

BEKO Technologies has updated BEKOMAT maintenance kit part numbers over time. If you’re working from an older invoice, manual, or nameplate, use the table below to find the current equivalent — the kit contents and fit are unchanged, only the part number has been revised.

Why BEKOMAT Uses a Replaceable Service Unit

BEKOMAT 12, 13, 14 and 16 drains are built around a service concept, not a disposable unit: the electronic control and capacitive sensor are installed once and left in place for the life of the drain, while the wearing parts — diaphragm, valve components, seals — are bundled into a single replaceable kit. This means scheduled maintenance is a straightforward parts exchange rather than removing the drain from the compressed air line or disturbing its wiring and calibration.

Across a range this wide — from a small workshop compressor on a BEKOMAT 12 up to a 1700 m³/min industrial installation on a BEKOMAT 16 CO — this modular design means the same simple service process applies whether you’re maintaining one drain or a plant-wide fleet.

What's Included in a BEKOMAT Maintenance Kit

Each BEKOMAT maintenance kit bundles the components exposed to condensate during normal operation, so one kit covers a complete scheduled service:

  • FKM diaphragm
  • Solenoid valve and valve seat components
  • Housing seals and gaskets
  • Condensate inlet/discharge connection seals

Because the kit is designed for tool-free fitting, servicing your BEKOMAT doesn’t require disturbing the electronics, sensor, or wiring — reducing the chance of a service introducing a fault that wasn’t there before.

Choosing the Right Kit for Your BEKOMAT Variant

The 12/13/14/16 range covers more variants per model than most BEKOMAT families, so it’s worth being clear on how they map to kit part numbers:

  • Standard vs. CO models: the standard aluminium housing and the CO (hard-coated) housing use the same maintenance kit for a given model — for example, BEKOMAT 12 and BEKOMAT 12 CO both use kit 2000049. The housing coating protects against oil-free/aggressive condensate; it doesn’t change the wearing parts.
  • PN (pressure-rated) variants: higher-pressure variants — 12 CO PN63, 13 CO PN25/40/50, 14 CO PN25 — use a different kit to the standard-pressure version of the same model, since the seals and diaphragm are rated for the higher operating pressure.
  • BEKOMAT 16 CO is only available as a hard-coated model (no standard aluminium variant exists at this capacity), so there’s a single kit for the whole model.

If you’re not certain which variant you have, the nameplate on your BEKOMAT will show the full model designation (e.g. “13 CO PN40”) — send us a photo if you’re unsure and we’ll confirm the correct kit.

When to Replace Your BEKOMAT Service Unit

BEKOMAT drains include a built-in service indicator that alerts you before the maintenance kit needs replacing, so scheduling doesn’t rely on guesswork. As a general guide:

  • Standard duty (oil-contaminated condensate): service typically every 12 months, sooner in high-load or high-contamination systems
  • CO/oil-free or aggressive condensate variants: inspect according to the service indicator, as aggressive condensate can accelerate diaphragm and seal wear
  • High-pressure PN variants: follow the same service indicator guidance, but note that seal wear can present differently under sustained high pressure — if in doubt, have the unit inspected rather than waiting for a fault

If you’re not sure whether your drain needs a maintenance kit or a different spare part, see our full BEKOMAT spare parts range or contact us with your model and serial number.

Fitting a Replacement Service Unit

  1. Isolate the BEKOMAT from line pressure per the operating manual
  2. Disconnect the condensate inlet/discharge fittings
  3. Remove the worn wearing-parts assembly per the model’s service instructions
  4. Fit the new genuine maintenance kit and reconnect inlet/discharge fittings
  5. Restore line pressure
  6. Run a manual test discharge to confirm correct operation

Assumption stated: this sequence is a general guide based on BEKO’s documented service concept for the 12/13/14/16 range. Exact fitting steps vary slightly by model and pressure variant — always follow the official BEKOMAT operating manual supplied with your unit, or contact us and we can supply it.

FAQs

How do I know which BEKOMAT service unit I need?

Check the full model designation on your BEKOMAT’s nameplate, including any CO or PN suffix (e.g. “13 CO PN40”), and match it to the part number table above. If the nameplate is worn or missing, contact us with your compressor size and system pressure and we’ll confirm the correct kit.

Yes, in most cases. BEKOMAT 12/12 CO, 13/13 CO, and 14/14 CO each share an identical maintenance kit — the CO housing coating protects against oil-free or aggressive condensate, but the wearing parts inside are the same. The exception is where a model also has a pressure-rated (PN) variant, which uses a different kit due to higher-rated seals.

BEKOMAT maintenance kit part numbers have been revised over time, but older numbers such as XEKA12101, XEKA13101, XEKA14101 or XEKA16201 are still valid references — see the superseded part number table above to find the current equivalent. The kit contents and fit are unchanged; only the ordering code has been updated.

Yes, BEKO Technologies uses “maintenance kit” (also called a wearing parts kit) for this range, which is the same concept as the “service unit” terminology used on the BEKOMAT 31U/32U/33U range: a single kit containing all wear and pressure parts for a complete scheduled service.

BEKOMAT drains are designed for straightforward, tool-minimal servicing, so many maintenance teams fit these kits without a specialist call-out. If you’d prefer it done for you, our technicians can carry out the replacement and inspect your wider compressed air system at the same time.
