BEKOMAT 31U, 32U, 33U & 33U CO Service Units – Genuine Maintenance Kits

  • Tool-free service concept
  • Outstanding reliability
  • Suitable for temperatures up to +70 °C
  • Genuine service unit

Keep every BEKOMAT® 31U, 32U, 33U or 33U CO condensate drain running at full efficiency with a genuine BEKOMAT service unit. The service unit contains every wear and pressure part your drain needs for scheduled maintenance — diaphragm, valve, valve seat, gaskets and housing components — in a single quick-fit assembly. No tools, no re-piping and no downtime beyond a few minutes: unclip the old service unit, clip in the new one, and your BEKOMAT is back to zero-air-loss operation.

Find your service unit part number in the table below, or contact our team with your BEKOMAT’s nameplate details and we’ll confirm the correct kit for you.

Have an Older Part Number?

BEKO Technologies has updated BEKOMAT service unit part numbers over time. If you’re working from an older invoice, manual, or nameplate, use the table below to find the current equivalent — the kit contents and fit are unchanged, only the part number has been revised.

Why BEKOMAT Uses a Replaceable Service Unit

BEKOMAT 31U, 32U, 33U and 33U CO drains are built from three modules joined by quick-release connectors: the electronic control unit, the capacitive sensor unit, and the service unit. The control and sensor units are installed once and left in place for the life of the drain — they don’t wear out under normal operation. The service unit is the only part that contacts condensate directly, so it’s the only part designed to be periodically replaced.

This modular design means routine maintenance is a parts swap, not a service call. It also means your BEKOMAT never needs to be removed from the compressed air line, re-plumbed, or recalibrated after a service — the replacement service unit clicks straight back into the existing housing and connections.

What's Included in a BEKOMAT Service Unit

Each BEKOMAT service unit bundles the full set of wear and pressure components exposed to condensate, so a single kit covers a complete scheduled service rather than requiring separate part-by-part ordering:

  • Diaphragm (standard AU rubber, or FKM for oil-free/aggressive condensate on applicable models)
  • Solenoid valve and valve seat
  • Valve attachment components
  • Housing and housing seals/gaskets
  • Condensate inlet and discharge connections

Because the service unit is sealed and pre-assembled at the factory, fitting it doesn’t expose the electronics or sensor to condensate or contamination — keeping your BEKOMAT’s reliability intact after every service.

When to Replace Your BEKOMAT Service Unit

BEKOMAT drains include a built-in service indicator that alerts you before the service unit needs replacing, so scheduling doesn’t rely on guesswork or a fixed calendar interval. As a general guide:

  • Standard duty (oil-contaminated condensate): service typically every 12 months, sooner in high-load or high-contamination systems
  • Oil-free/aggressive condensate (CO models): inspect according to the service indicator, as aggressive condensate can accelerate diaphragm and seal wear
  • After any fault code or discharge irregularity: check the service unit before assuming a control or sensor fault, since most operational issues trace back to worn service unit components

If you’re not sure whether your drain needs a service unit or a different spare part, see our full BEKOMAT spare parts range or contact us with your model and serial number.

Fitting a Replacement Service Unit

  1. solate the BEKOMAT from line pressure per the operating manual
  2. Release the quick-release connector holding the service unit to the control/sensor unit
  3. Remove the old service unit and disconnect the condensate inlet/discharge fittings
  4. Fit the new genuine service unit and reconnect inlet/discharge fittings
  5. Re-engage the quick-release connector and restore line pressure
  6. Run a manual test discharge to confirm correct operation

Assumption stated: this sequence is based on BEKO’s documented quick-release, tool-free service concept for the 31U/32U/33U/33U CO range. For torque values, fitting diagrams and model-specific detail, always follow the official BEKOMAT operating manual supplied with your unit — we’re happy to provide this on request.

FAQs

How do I know which BEKOMAT service unit I need?

Check the model number printed on your BEKOMAT’s nameplate (31U, 32U, 33U or 33U CO) and match it to the part number table above. If the nameplate is worn or missing, contact us with your compressor size and system details and we’ll confirm the correct kit.

BEKOMAT service unit part numbers have been revised over time, but older numbers such as XEKA31101, XEKA32101, XEKA33101 or XEKA33103 are still valid references. See the superseded part number table above to find the current equivalent. The service unit itself is unchanged; only the ordering code has been updated.

Yes, “service unit” is BEKO Technologies’ official term for what’s commonly called a maintenance kit or rebuild kit. It contains all wear and pressure parts (diaphragm, valve, seals) needed for a complete scheduled service in one assembly.

BEKOMAT service units are designed for tool-free replacement using quick-release connectors, so most maintenance teams can fit them without a specialist call-out. If you’d prefer it done for you, our technicians can carry out the replacement and inspect your wider compressed air system at the same time.

No. The control and sensor unit — where settings are stored — stays in place. Only the service unit is exchanged, so there’s no reprogramming or recalibration required.

Yes. If you operate BEKOMAT 12/13/14/16, 3/6/15/16, or 20/20FM drains, see our full BEKOMAT spare parts range or contact us with your model number.
